Jessica Phelps
FNP-C
With a profound passion for healthcare and a dedication to her patients, Jessica has achieved a significant milestone by acquiring the practice where she has been a primary care provider since 2022. Her journey in medicine began over 15 years ago when she became a Registered Nurse, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, Jessica went on to gain invaluable experience in diverse medical settings, including Emergency Medicine, PACU, Urgent Care, Management, and Training. This wealth of experience has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of patient care.
In 2022, Jessica graduated from George Washington University with a Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner, further honing her expertise and expanding her ability to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Jessica has a passion for aesthetics and is certified in both basic and advanced aesthetic services with a deep commitment to helping patients feel confident in their own skin. Through thoughtful, personalized care, she combines medical expertise with an approach for natural beauty to achieve results that help patients look refreshed, feel empowered, and put their best face forward.
Laura Roman
Phlebotomist
Originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, I've built my career around helping people. With a lifelong background in customer service and sales, I'm passionate about creating a welcoming, positive experience and making every person feel comfortable and cared for.
Since December 2025, I've been working as a phlebotomist, where I combine technical skill with compassion to help patients feel at ease during every visit. I understand that even a simple blood draw can be stressful, and I strive to provide gentle, professional care while treating every patient with kindness and respect.
Whether I'm helping someone in the lab or assisting clients through an important milestone, my goal is always the same: to provide exceptional service, build trust, and make every interaction a positive one.
