Steven P. Manuli, MD owns and operates Manuli internal medicine in Elizabeth City, NC. He received his Doctorate of Medicine through NC School of Medicine in Chapel Hill and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine. He is a well-respected medical provider in this community. He loves to fish and enjoys assistant coaching of local high school football team. Though Dr. Manuli does not see patients in this practice he is in regular contact with NP Phelps and all care given is under his delegated authority as per the NC requirements.
