Our Responsibilty to Patients
Primary care is the foundation of good health. Keeping you healthy is the responsibility of your primary care provider. Our goal at Towne Center Health is to keep you healthy by restoring the sanctity of the provider-patient relationship. Towne Center Health will give you the time necessary to get to know you, identify your medical needs, and develop individualized preventative medicine plans and appropriate treatment options that are mutually agreed upon. The current healthcare system is dysfunctional and we believe the direct care method will empower people to take charge of their own healthcare, with the guidance of a provider. We look forward to getting to know you and are truly blessed that you would place your trust in Towne Center Health to care for you and your family.
